The 48-hour prototype
We do not run a POC. POC is theatre — a word vendors use to dress up a free trial for procurement. We build a working prototype on your data, in two days.
Day zero: you grant read-only credentials to three to five tools. NDA signed before anything is shared.
Day one: we connect, reconcile, and produce first-draft outputs by evening.
Day two: we walk you through the operating picture, the risk number in AUD, and the board brief. By end of day, you have a report your CFO can act on.
If the output is not board-ready, you owe us nothing. You keep the prototype either way.
