What about models?

Open models selected and optimised for your work, and fine tuned where it helps. External frontier models only when required, named and controlled.

Do you supply hardware?

Yes. We specify, install and manage local hardware sized to the work. We can also work entirely in your existing environment.

What does it cost to run?

Locally run models have no per token provider charges. You pay for the hardware, power and support, and we size those around the work before you commit.

What happens to our data?

Location and access are agreed before building. Data stays local unless you approve otherwise in writing. Sensitive actions need a named person.

How do we start and pay?

Start with a free conversation. Scope and terms are agreed in writing before paid work. Operating Tokens are our service delivery allowance for approved work. They are not model usage charges.
