The Foundation

One team. One fixed fee.

The Foundation covers one team. We define the business reality, build the Mirror on approved data, and hand you the judgement and the sequence. The Mirror runs under NDA, read only, with no production access and sensitive actions gated. One fixed fee scoped to one team, set when we scope the work, not an open ended retainer.

Deploy

When the sequence is agreed.

Deployment is scoped to the sequence from the Foundation. Specifics, timeline, deliverables, ownership and ongoing support are agreed in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties. You own what we build.
