How we work.

A short statement of the engagement model. Specific terms are agreed in writing before any client work begins.

ENGAGEMENT

Invite only.

MosaicalAI is a bespoke intelligence engineering team. We work invite only with executive teams. Engagements begin with a private Showcase and, where the fit is right, a 48 hour working Mosaic at no fee.

PROTOTYPE

The 48 hour prototype.

The prototype is delivered under NDA, in your environment, against read only access to the systems we agree on at hour 0. The output is yours to keep regardless of whether a paid engagement follows.

PAID ENGAGEMENT

If the prototype lands.

Paid engagements are scoped after the prototype proves value. Specifics, timeline, deliverables, ownership, ongoing support, are agreed in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties.
